Three years of arduous work

In 2011, the reason was that a customer needed a serum bottle and entrusted Mr. Liao to search for a manufacturer. Foreign brands have high prices and frequent supply interruptions, while domestic customers have weak bargaining power and no similar high-quality products. To meet the needs of customers and also for their own subsequent production use. Mr. Liao made a decisive decision to develop his own products, which also led to the emergence of another product chain, and thus the global health entered the diagnostic reagent and pharmaceutical packaging industry.
Because I tried it out, Mr. Liao changed over a dozen sets of molds before and after. In order to find better molds, Mr. Liao went to Huangyan, Zhejiang, the hometown of molds, for three years. Over the past three years, in order to polish better molds, Liao and the other party's engineers have repeatedly tried and gone through countless iterations, scrapping 15000 bottles. It was precisely this spirit of craftsmanship that led Liao and the mold manufacturers to continuously adjust and improve the molds, and finally made products that satisfied both customers and themselves. At the same time, it also strengthened Liao's determination in the pharmaceutical packaging material industry.
Let me try this sentence, which carries the belief of Mr. Liao over the past three years and also connects with the friendship of his former comrades. From then on, they are no longer customers, but brothers fighting side by side.
The highest value of the enterprise
The highest intangible value of an enterprise is the noble personality of the chairman.

It means having to sharpen your head to squeeze in. As the saying goes, simplicity is the only way to do a good business - morality and integrity.
During the period when General Liao was acting as an agent for serum products, he experienced issues such as poor manufacturer integrity. During this period, he encountered issues such as serum product contamination, protein denaturation, low globulin content, excessive addition of physiological saline, and shoddy products, resulting in the inability to conduct cell culture and causing a large number of customer losses. Mr. Liao always thought that since the integrity of the domestic market needs to be improved and the product quality is unstable, I might as well do it myself.
As the saying goes, a gentleman hides his tools in his body and waits for the moment to move. In 2014, General Liao established a laboratory and formed a research and development team to complete the research and development of fetal bovine serum. Global Health's fetal bovine serum is pure and truly contributes to scientific research. In 2015, General Liao built his own standard blood source collection workshops in Shenzhen and Shanxi, and in the same year, he was awarded the title of Zhongguancun High tech Enterprise. Behind every iteration and upgrade of the global Kangzhong quality, there is a constant calibration by R&D personnel. The deviation of one micrometer is actually the persistence of craftsmen.
Product upgrade, service upgrade
With the continuous upgrading of products and equipment, the laboratories and workshops of Global Health are also constantly upgrading. In 2016, an experimental center was established in Beijing, with a research and development team developing culture media and cell culture products; Invest in the construction of pharmaceutical packaging materials and serum standard workshops. In 2019, Global Kangqinhuangdao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established and a 1600 square meter 100000 level pharmaceutical packaging material purification production workshop was built. In 2020, the Global Health R&D team settled in the Gu'an Peptide Valley Pharmaceutical Park, expanding the scale of the R&D center.
After thirteen years of global health, in 2021, we will upgrade our quality. Product upgrade, equipment upgrade, service upgrade. The introduction of ASB fully automatic injection and blowing integrated equipment imported from Japan is only aimed at producing excellent products, equipped with multiple specifications of molds, which can fully meet customers' high-quality requirements for culture medium bottles. The completion of product molding and packaging within 10 minutes is another new breakthrough in the domestic intelligent production line. In 2022, a new 1000 square meter ten thousand level purified serum workshop will be established in Qinhuangdao, Hebei. At the same time as product upgrades, Global Health will pay more attention to service upgrades in 2021, effectively solving problems for every customer and providing better services for every customer.
